Infinity AI Technologies provides an ecosystem of AI-powered tools and platforms designed to enhance business productivity, document intelligence, and workflow automation. Our current and upcoming offerings include DocXAI, the Agentic AI Marketplace, and IntelligenceFlow. Features and availability are subject to change at our discretion.

3. Use of the Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Use the services in any way that violates applicable local, provincial, national, or international law or regulation.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services, servers, or databases.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of our software or services.
• Use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to access or interact with our services without prior written consent.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or any other harmful material.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on our services are owned by or licensed to Infinity AI Technologies and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our services for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

5. User-Submitted Content

If you submit, upload, or transmit any content through our services, you grant Infinity AI Technologies a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store such content solely to the extent necessary to provide the services. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.

Our services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms and services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that our services will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Infinity AI Technologies and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption—arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
